Are you looking for a leadership role where you can shape the future of UK education? As Head of Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring millions of learners receive their examination results smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking a collaborative and strategic leader who’s equally comfortable leading high-performing teams and building trusted relationships across the organisation, to oversee our Materials & Logistics department, ensuring the seamless delivery of 12 million examination scripts each year. Based in Milton Keynes or Manchester, you will be part of our Operations Senior Leadership Team, helping to enhance processes, foster innovation, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll lead and support a dedicated team, managing budgets, overseeing risk and quality assurance, and shaping the future of our print and logistics operations. We value strong leadership, problem-solving, and a people-focused approach to managing stakeholder relationships and driving positive change.
